Backstory and Personality
Blue Bartole was a criminal justice student, when she unfortunately got caught up in a....confusing situation. A guy who looked a little too well dressed asked her for some change, and she got knocked out from a blow from behind. The next thing she knew, she was tied to a chair, blindfolded. From the noise there were others in the same situation, around her...and the kidnappers were....chopping someone up and loading them into a...washing machine? She'd been having nightmares and odd dreams....hopefully this was just another nightmare, and she'd wake up...
Then things went a little red, and she was being hit across the face with a sword of all things, and becoming violently sick, vomiting up blood, meat, and what looked like human fingers.
Blue, and the remaining other kidnap victims she'd not killed in her first change, were rescued by the local Forsaken. And Blue, confused and terrified, promptly ran like a frightened bunny.
She has since been dragged into Forsaken society, rather against her will, by Monsoon's Whisper and Distant Thunder of Urban Order.
Disliking the treatment she received from Urban Order, Blue has begun living on her own, working for Maricopa County, and continuing to pursue her studies, having transferred from ASU to the East campus. She has been associating with the other packless Uratha of the Phoenix area, but seems disinclined to join a pack, at least at the present time.
Rumors
Blue has been spending time with several members of the Urban Order and has joined their Pack.
Blue continues to live in Tempe, which is held by the Pure....so it's only a matter of time for her.

Ryan - My little sis? She is the reason why I do what I do. My life got turned sideways so I could get her into her good college. When mom died I took her in, kept her on base, and yet she didn't become an army brat. Was worth it though, she seems to have turned out good. She cannot know about all this Uratha stuff. Keep it quiet eh?
Joker - About the closest thing to family I've got goin' around here. She's learning. It's taking some time, but the kid does know what questions to ask, and is good about listening. Now if we could just get her used to what she is and what she needs to do. She will make an excellent carrot...
