Brilliant Insight is the pack totem of Science's True Sight and has been since the original pack was established in 1881. In addition to his status as pack totem he is also the leader of the spirits inhabiting the UT campus. In fact he has an entire staff dedicated to running the University campus across the shroud. He also has his own police force in the form of Security Gaurd spirits that patrol the campus. If worse comes to all of the spirit of the University have a ban that they must obey members of Science's True Sight and as a matter of course their pack totem as well. Brilliant Insight isn't the single most powerful spirit on the campus, but his position easily makes him the most dangerous.
