Brilliant Insight's Library and Musem was founded by the Original Pack of Science's True Sight. It is perhaps one of the single largest repositories of knowledge in the United States. After the death of Science's True sight the library was closed from the end of the purity war until the pack was reformed in 2006. Following the defeat of The Dean and the reinstatement of Brilliant Insight as the master of UT the room has returned to use. The Library is located in the UT tower and is concealed from all but those who have specifically been taught how to find the way. All others require a guide and the number of people who have direct access is heavily restricted. In the mundane world the outside appears to be a closet door but across the gauntlet it is a giant portal akin to a bank door with three different combination locks. The inside is far larger the Tower could actually accommodate. The room is actually one large warehouse filled with the accumulated knowledge of Austin's Uratha and all manner of fetishes and artifacts. Though sometimes cryptic the records are quite comprehensive.

Kenneth Collins is the current Librarian. The job is somewhat unnerving at times. Especially since occupant was executed here by the pure during the last days of the Purist War. The previous librarian's blood has stained the large Oak desk that is still in use to this day. The pack hasn't bothered to have it cleaned. People, who have asked, know that they view it as a reminder of a lack of vigilance. There are members of other packs who know of its existence, and also make use of the facilities. Despite reinforced security measures, the Pure obviously found this place once. The pack desperately fears they will do so again and has had a bleeding edge security system (as per armory) installed on the physical door outside the room. The spiritual route to office has also been changed. It remains to be seen if the measure will be proof against the Pure should they return to Austin.
