Major Covenants

There are five major political factions, or covenants, in Vampire: The Requiem:

• The Carthian Movement: Vampires who seek a progressive government for their own kind.
• Circle of the Crone: Pagan blood-sorcerers bound in worship of their goddess(es).
• Invictus: Neo-feudalists hungry for power and money as well as blood.
• Lancea Sanctum: Vampires who believe that God put them on Earth to be monsters.
• Ordo Dracul: A group of vampires dedicated to transcending their condition and becoming more than undead.

Other Covenants

• Belial's Brood: Those who take the whole "We're Vampires and therefore Damned and going to Hell no matter what we do" thing to its logial conclusion by being active Satanists and letting their Beast have full reign.
• Legio Mortuum: A group of Kindred long thought dead, they have reappeared suddenly; but to what purpose?
• Unaligned. The rebels, iconoclasts and loners who represent a covenant without leaders, followers or rules.
• VII: A group of Vampires with one simple goal: to destroy every other Vampire on earth.

Regional Covenants

• Keepers of the Outlands: A group of vampires who keep to the wild places between the cities, trying to balance Man and Beast. Range: Global.
• Shadows of Set: A secretive group of followers of Set dedicated to defending the mortal world from the realities of the supernatural. Range: Global.
