Club Director's FAQ
Problem/Question: I am having trouble renewing/redeeming the Camarilla membership I purchased at the White Wolf store.
Answer:
The old camredeem.php page is only needed for credits you bought before March 2, 2009. On March 2, the new White Wolf store got deployed, and there's no more second step. It happens auto-magically.
However, the new system also has a bit of a time delay on it. You won't see the renewal applied until the next business day when the order finishes processing. It should email you when its done processing, too.
Problem/Question: I bought a gift voucher for my friend's membership. How do I use it?
Answer:
When you purchase a membership for a friend, the easy way to do it is to follow the instructions to renew an existing membership, and just put your friend's Camarilla membership number into the box instead of yours.
If you did not do this, and you instead purchased a gift voucher, you will first need to wait until the next business day for the order to fully process. You should get an email when this happens, but we all know how often email gets lost.
Once your order has been processed, you can log into the White Wolf store again and view your historical order. Under the "gift certificates" heading in your order, click on the gift certificate in question. You will now see a long string of numbers and letters that represents your gift voucher. Send this code to your friend.
Now your friend can go to the White Wolf store and purchase either a new membership or a renewal as appropriate. When it comes time for payment, instead of selecting a credit card, choose the option to pay with a gift voucher. The form for credit card information will change to instead ask for your code. Put in that long string of letters and numbers, continue clicking through the shopping cart, and you'll renew as normal.
Remember that even when paying with a gift voucher, the order won't fully process until the next business day, after which your White Wolf profile should update with your new Cam number or expiration date.
