Concept: They say many things about women with hair like flame, and Rebecca is a kindred that makes those rumors a reality. A child of revolution and social reform, of great shifts in the views of the people of the world Rebecca Allen is a woman who believes in the inevitability and necessity of constant change. "Change must come with, can only come, with conflict," words that ring through her every thought and action.

Vibrant, beautiful, challenging and discordant; One would think that she would she would be a brute of a creature, however nothing farther could be true. Rebecca walks the night with a timeless elegance and grace, an easy and emotional expression of herself with those she calls allies, viperish and caustically witty when pitted against those that would stand in her way.

A creature of paradox and and contrariness, the only person that can truly claim to know her... is herself, and she's not telling.

Clan: Mekhet

Covenant: Carthian Movement

Known History: Rebecca is locally known to have been embraced during the American Revolution on Long Island. Her sireage is largely the subject of local rumor – it is known that she was embraced by Reverend Jarvis of the Invictus, but at some point a mysterious shift took place in regard to her and all of her broodmates. These days Nicolae calls himself her sire.

Not a major player in the political scene, Rebecca largely avoided Kindred society until a few short years ago. Instead she traveled lauding various causes (emancipation during the Civil War, women's suffrage, liberation of Jews from Nazi camps during WW2, etc.) and finding pleasant distractions to fill her time. She is known to have had several lovers over the years and has been married twice.

Those who know Rebecca often reference her sarcastic (and sometimes sadistic) wit as well as her quick and potent temper. She can hold a grudge for a very long time. Conversely, she displays a somewhat delighted unwillingness to take almost anything very seriously, much to the chagrin of many Kindred.

Rebecca shared Praxis of Hartford, CT with Abigail Reynolds for just over a year. She has recently relocated to New York City and owns Stenze Nightclub.

There are rumors recently that Rebecca has lost her mind. Those close to her have noticed drastic shifts in her demeanor and personality, and she has at times introduced herself by names other than her own. Some believed her to be possessed or taken by the Strix, others say that she is simply descending into madness.

  • It is thought that Rebecca's affections are a sign of greatness, every powerful figure in the American North East has at some point in time been associated with her.
  • Sleeping with Rebecca is tantamount to a death wish -- her recent paramours have had a nasty habit of winding up destroyed shortly after...

  • Has hand selected the embrace of many various vampires that are into style and fashion, by cashing in boons they owed, to bring actual style to the Carthian Movement.
  • Hillary Clinton is Rebecca's ghoul. It's all part of her man-hating feminist plot to rule the world.
  • Barack Obama is Rebecca's ghoul, it's mostly to help the future to make sure the women that swoon over him never get brought into vampire society even as a ghoul. They'd probably make the strong women look bad swooning over every vampire who thought they were Lestat.
  • Edward Bloom is blood bound to Rebecca...how else would he consistantly think so well of her?
