Formally known as a general threat to Chicago as a whole, The Hellraisers have been absorbed, disbanded, reformed, reshaped, and generally fought back from the edge of extinction since their inception. The only solid member has been Leon Whittaker, the current (and former, twice) alpha. Despite what has been seen as flawed leadership in the past, Leon seems to have settled down a bit to lead the Hellraisers as part of the Hooligans with Dylan O'Connor.

The pack controls the Chippewa Woods Forest Preserve.
