Based during the First World War (specifically 1916 to 1929) in the Shadowlands the fourth Great Maelstrom is raging and and due to the absence of Charon, leader of Stygia, the Smiling Lord has begun a Civil War, hoping to claim the Underworld for his own.
(Aparently, Charon is successfull in quelling the war, and removes the memory of it from everyone in the underworld, so people don't realise how close they came to deposing him).
It differs from the core Wraith book, as it places a greater emphasis on the Legions than the Guilds and replaces Inhabit with Kinesis, to represent the lower technology level. It also contains Arcanoi for Indian, African and Japanese Wraiths and variant Arcanoi for already established Guilds.
